If you’re like us and always curious about what’s happening in the Seattle food scene, you’ll want to know about Hamdi. The name might actually be familiar to you because at the moment it’s a beloved local pop up. Soon it will have it’s very own brick and mortar location.

Hamdi serves up Turkish and Anatolian cuisine that has Seattleites seriously hooked. At their pop ups menu items have included delectable dishes like cuts from whole lamb roasts, wild caught charcoal grilled Bronzino, KokoreƧ and more. It’s a small glimpse into what could be offered at the new permanent location.

Details on the new location, its menu and what to expect are very slim at this time. However, the goal appears to be a summer opening, according to the pop up’s Instagram. The website also states that the chef duo are currently looking for the “perfect place” for the restaurant.

We’ll keep our fingers crossed that a summer opening is realistic and possible. In the meantime, you can check out Hamdi’s Instagram for their next pop up location. Hopefully more information will be revealed soon. Until then, enjoy!
