Looking for a fresh start? Well, it’s safe to say that you’ll be in good hands with these companies, which have been named Greater Toronto’s top employers for 2023.

This is the 17th edition of this annual ranking, which “recognizes employers with exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies.”

What makes these companies stand out from the rest is their commitment to giving their employees the best quality of life.

“Flexibility and self-care” are the common theme among this year’s winners.

These employers are responding to the needs of their staff, who are “tired and have been worn down by the pandemic,” says a press release from Mediacorp Canada.

A few companies received special shoutouts this year for their work-life balance and wellness policies.
