There’s a magical Christmas carnival coming to Edmonton this festive season

‘Tis nearly the season, and holiday festivals are springing up like weeds – not that we’re complaining! Which is why we’re pleased as punch to announce that the Glow Christmas Carnival is returning to Edmonton for another year – and it looks positively magical.

Come down and see the “magic beneath the big top” for yourself. The Glow Christmas Carnival kicks off on Wednesday, December 4th at the Edmonton Expo Centre, and if you think about it, that’s not too far away.

It’s Christmas festival meets carnival fun, complete with all-ages activities, photo ops, and seasonal treats to savour. Here’s everything you can expect this year.

Scavenger Hunt

Weave through the Light maze and see if you can find all the items. It’s fun for all ages!

Toddler Play Area

Let your little ones burn off some energy at this new play area.

LED Dance Floor

Dance the night away and leave it all on the dance floor.

Live Entertainment

Check out the over 100 performances on the Glow Stage happening all festival long.

Merry Maker’s Market

Shop for unique gifts at the on-site artisan market featuring handmade crafts and items from local sellers.

Grab A Bite

Get a little treat from the food truck area or grab a seasonal drink.

Pictures with Santa

Commemorate the experience and snag a photo with the big man in red himself!

And that’s just scratching the surface! You need to check it out for yourself to see all the magical displays and surprises in store.

Get your tickets in advance and come dressed in your cozy holiday best. You’ll be taking lots of photos – trust us.
