Take note, pizza lovers. A new Italian-inspired restaurant with a relaxed, modern twist is taking root in Gastown. And it’s set to officially open its doors to the public next week.
Gastronomy Gastown is the newest addition to Vancouver’s delicious Italian food scene, and it’s bringing a whole new vibe to your next slice.
Taking over the once bustling location of Nicli Antica, Gastronomy brings several traditional mains to the table with some unique twists in store – courtesy of Chef Alessandro Vianello and his team. Guests can indulge in the Conchiglione, Squash Lasagna, or prime steak, as well as any of their contemporary-style pizzas.
