You can watch mesmerizing aerial performances for FREE in Toronto this month

Looking for some free entertainment this summer? Ontario Place has you covered. Garden Fae at Trillium Park is a free event series featuring jaw-dropping aerial performances throughout the month.

Presented by Hercinia Arts Collective, Garden Fae is described as “ambient aerial performances exploring the beauty of the gardens.”

“This is a perfect spot to bring a picnic and meet up with a friend by the waterfront,” the description says.

Sit back and enjoy the talented acrobats take centre stage against the backdrop of lush trees and glittering waterfront.

The event has been running since June and there are three remaining dates on the calendar — August 23, 24, and 31.

Also happening this summer is the Ontario Place Summer Live Music Festival. The festival showcases a diverse range of performances and artists, and admission is completely free!

This is the second edition of the festival, which takes place at Trillium Park from Thursday to Sunday until August 28.

You’ll get to see all kinds of performers take the stage, including Indigenous artists, a cappella groups, award-winning jazz musicians, and more.

There’s a lot of fun to be had at Ontario Place this summer that won’t cost you a dime, including yoga classes in Trillium Park, volleyball courts, art displays, and exciting movies at the IMAX Cinesphere.

If you never made it to Cirque du Soleil, you can see the next best thing and save money while you’re at it.
