Freakout Festival kicks off next weekend in Ballard & here is what to expect

Earlier this year we wrote about a crazy concept, an in person music festival. These days concerts are back in swing and we had Day In Day Out Festival in September. But if you’ve yet to attend a concert or festival this year you’re in luck because Freakout Festival happens this month!

Freakout Festival has been happening since 2013 and is produced by independent record label Freakout Records. The festival features all sorts of bands from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. It’s also a  great opportunity to support many of Ballards small venues which are getting back in the swing of things now that concerts are a thing again. Some of the venues participating include The Tractor, The Salmon Bay Eagles, and more.

Beyond the tons of great artists and bands playing you’ll also be able to enjoy visuals by Mad Alchemy Liquid Light Show. It’s the perfect excuse to jam out to new tunes this fall.
