Love is in the air and it smells a whole lot like fondue! This winter, in celebration of the cozy season and a healthy appetite, sweethearts, families and Galentine’s can check out the University of Alberta’s Botanical Garden for the Northern Lights Dining experience in Edmonton – an evening of food and romance under the stars.

Every Thursday to Sunday from now until March 13th, diners can suit up and hunker down for a lavish 3-course spread in a heated dome stationed in one of YEG’s most beautiful parks.

Serving both sweet and savoury, this all-fondue meal has been curated using only the freshest ingredients, sourced from Canadian food and beverage artisans.

From fresh apples, tiger prawns and chicken, potatoes and even a garlic ring to homemade marshmallows, fresh fruits and toffee bits for dessert, this meal sounds dippabley delectable and we can’t wait to check it out.
