Ready for a new spot with “all day happy hour”? Fogo de Chão is ready to open its doors in Seattle, making it the third location of the internationally-renowned Brazilian restaurant.

According to the restaurant, they will be opening in Seattle on September 2nd.

They say that “the Seattle location features an open churrasco grill showcasing our gaucho chefs demonstrating the culinary art of churrasco: expertly fire-roasting, butchering and serving meats tableside.”

There will be stylish exterior, soaring windows, and modern chandeliers waiting to greet you at the new space, which also features natural wood paneling and rich furnishing colors that pay homage to the Brazilian heritage.

The restaurant will have an expansive dining room centered around a fresh and seasonal Market Table anchored at the front of the grill, dry aged meat lockers for in-house aging and a lively indoor Bar Fogo area, ideal for smaller, shareable plates and craft cocktails.

And the best part? They will offer All Day Happy Hour.

“Join us for All Day Happy Hour at Bar Fogo and in the main dining room featuring $5 Brazilian Beers, $8 South American Wines and $10 Brazilian-Inspired Cocktails,” states their website.

Located at 400 University Street, Suite 100, this opening follows Fogo de Chão’s Lynnwood and Bellevue locations.

“Following the success of the Lynnwood and Bellevue restaurants, we were eager to bring another location to Washington. We are thrilled to open our first Seattle restaurant and rooftop lounge downtown at Ranier Square in an iconic, timeless setting,” said Barry McGowan, Chief Executive Officer of Fogo de Chão, last year.

“We look forward to welcoming our young, dynamic guests to discover new brand innovations that you can only receive right here in the heart of Downtown Seattle.”
