Florida Georgia Line and Lee Brice to headline Country Thunder 2022

Live music is back and in a big way. After two years of cancellations and uncertainty due to COVID-19, summer 2022 is shaping up to be the biggest, craziest season in a long time with the return of two of Alberta’s most anticipated festivals, The Big Valley Jamboree and now – Country Thunder!

This August, between the 19th and the 21st, fans can kick up some dust at Calgary’s Prairie Winds Park just as they have years prior while a catalogue of well-known and beloved country artists take the stage.

Featuring performances by Morgan Wallen, Florida Georgia Line and Lee Brice, next year’s headliners will be just as star-studded and impressive as die-hard Thunder go-ers have come to expect.

Other musicians tipping their hats in Calgary come August ’22? Aaron Goodvin, HARDY, High Valley, Clay Walker, the Washboard Union, MacKenzie Porter, Laci Kaye Booth and Kameron Marlowe – to name a few.

If you’re interested in checking it out, tickets are available now and range from $190 to $600.

Hurry though! This festival is already partially sold out due to those who had tickets from the previous years and you won’t want to miss it!
