This New York-based souffle pancake spot opened its first Canadian location in Toronto

Pancakes are great but souffle pancakes are even better! Flipper’s, a popular pancake and brunch spot in NYC and Los Angeles just opened its first Canadian location right here in Toronto and here’s what they’re serving up.

The restaurant opened its doors in Toronto in May, located at 31 Elm St.

If you’re going to head there for brunch, the choice is obvious when it comes to ordering.

Flipper’s is known for their amazing souffle pancakes described as fluffy and delicious.

While the original souffle pancakes are a hit there are a variety of other flavours to try out including:

  • Caramel Banana Chocolate
  • Strawberry
  • Matcha
  • Fresh Fruit

if you’re not feeling pancakes (we are judging you) then there are other options on the menu such as Eggs Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, and Brunch Burritos.

Flipper’s Toronto is open seven days a week from 9:30 AM – 3:30 AM so be sure to stop in soon!
