Sky’s the limit, Toronto! If you’re looking to embark on a new adventure and see what working for an airline is all about, Emirates is hosting a job fair in the city this month.
The Dubai-based airline is bringing a hiring event to the Novotel Toronto Centre at 9 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2025.
Interested parties simply have to walk into the Open Day, prepared to impress recruiters.
But before you head to the hiring event, there are a few things to note.
Women must arrive with their hair neatly tied back, a full face of makeup, dressed in business attire and heels. As for men, you must come with neatly presented hair, face clean shaven, in a suit or smart business attire, and formal work shoes. An example of the dress code is available on the Emirates official site.
In order to be considered for Emirates cabin crew, you’ll need to be at least 21 years old, and be at least 160 cm tall, able to reach 212 cm high.
It’s looking for a “natural team player with a personality that shines.” And on top of that, you must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Applicants must also be able to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements, have at least a year of hospitality or customer service experience, a minimum of high school (Grade 12) education and no visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
Those selected will undergo an intense seven and a half weeks of training in a state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.
Though it might sound intimidating, there are a few perks to this job:
If, after reading all of this, you’re more than ready to apply, mark your calendars.
Be sure to arrive early so registering for the event is a breeze. Good luck!
