Emirates is hosting two huge hiring fairs in Calgary

Looking for a new job with a reputable company? How about one with some incredible perks? This fall, those with a passion for travel are encouraged to bring their resume to the Emirates hiring fair in Calgary—but there are a few things to note!

What to expect

With a network of over 150 cities across 85 countries, Emirates is the world’s largest international airline.

For this reason, they’re in need of more cabin crew, and you could be among the lucky ones to climb aboard!

According to the four-star carrier, they’re looking for personalities that shine and have “the ability to adapt to any situation and make people feel at ease.”

In addition, they must be able to meet the following requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
• Minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
• At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm high
• No visible tattoos while in uniform
• Meet UAE’s employment visa requirements
• A positive attitude and be able to deliver service in a team environment

If you’re successful, not only will you get a fixed salary, and benefits, but you’ll also get meal allowances for night stops, hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport.

This fall’s hiring fairs will take place at the Westley in Downtown Calgary on Friday, October 25th and Wednesday, November 27th, starting at 9 am.
