Alright Edmonton, are you ready to eat your way through the second half of April? We sure hope so, ‘cause Downtown Dining Week is back from April 13th to 25th, with an array of multi-course menus available for takeout.
This year more than ever, Edmonton’s bi-annual Downtown Dining Week is aimed around bringing the community together to show our support to the amazing local businesses that make up our downtown! Whether it’s by ordering takeout, or booking some great staycations… There are plenty of ways that you can take part and support local businesses this year.
So, here’s all the info you’ll need to properly eat your heart out!
On the culinary scene, participating restaurants will be offering multi-course, fixed-price menus for takeout. With lunch and brunch menus for $20, and some incredible dinner menus at $35, $50 and $65. Looking for a quick bite to-go, or a snack to tide you over between your brunch, lunch and dinner? They’ve got it covered. Downtown Dining Week has expanded their participating restaurant list to include fast-casual eateries as well.
On the hotel scene? Downtown Dining Week knows that we could all use a change of scenery about now! So they’ve partnered with downtown hotels to offer exclusive staycation packages, including the Fairmont Macdonald, Union Bank Inn, Courtyard By Marriott Downtown, Westin and JW Marriott Ice District. And don’t worry about going hungry, select staycation packages also offer multi-course in-room dining options. Delicious meal and some rest and relaxation? Count us in!
Whether you’re looking to hit up your usual go-to’s, or try and find a new fave, Edmonton’s Downtown Dining Week has something to satisfy any appetite. In our opinion, we can’t think of a better way to spend our time than enjoying some great eats, some amazing hotels, and supporting the incredible businesses that make up our downtown core!
