Edmonton Pride Fest returns: Here’s what you need to know in 2023

It’s nearly that time again! Edmonton Pride Fest 2023 is just around the corner and like so many before it, this year will be a celebration, a statement and a golden opportunity to mingle, mix, educate yourselves and show your support for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

One of the city’s most vibrant festivals, Pride will take place from August 18th to August 26th, 2023 and feature a ton of programming including concerts and incredible performances.

While more events around Edmonton have yet to be announced, attendees can look forward to 3 Churchill Square staples – all of which need to be on your hit list this year!

Bringing the inner city to life, Edmontonians can attend a 2-Spirit Powwow on August 24th, 2023 which will showcase the talent of Juno Award-Winners The Halluci Nation and singer-songwriter Quanah Style.

Then, on the 25th, rewind to 1999 at a 90’s themed dance party featuring PROZZAK, and LOVE INC, before closing out the festival with Jamie Fine, Ralph, Ria May, Stereos, Hyphen Hyphen, Neha Batra, Pep Per and Gisele Lullaby on August 26th, 2023.

The very best part? Admission is FREE, however, if you want VIP Passes you can check out their website below.

It’s going to be an exciting one, Edmonton! Mark it down and get ready. There’s nothing quite like it.
