All aboard the nostalgia train! After years without one, a brand new roller rink in Edmonton opened its doors for the first time ever this weekend. The aptly named Rollers Roller Rink is now the only roller rink in all of Alberta, so naturally, we think you should check it out.
Located along St. Alberta Trail (beside Cineplex Cinemas North Edmonton), Rollers Roller Rink is offering everything from open skating sessions to private parties and even lessons for those looking to dive into the sport. This, by the way, makes it very handy to have the Toe Stop Derby Shop moving into the space as well.

Of course, those looking to just roll around for an hour will be able to rent a full roller skating kit that includes skates, a helmet, kneepads and wristguards. We don’t know about you, but we don’t want to be dealing with a sprained wrist, so we’re happy that they’ve gone above and beyond with the protective equipment. Safety first!
Rollers Roller Rink will be hosting be all-ages and adult skate sessions on a daily basis, so make sure to head down there with a few friends when you get the chance!
