Organized by Alberta Beer Festivals, the Edmonton Craft Beer Festival is taking over the Edmonton Expo Centre on Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8 to give you a weekend of new buds, brews, and a bangin’ good time.
With over 500 local craft beverages to try, Edmonton’s top restaurants pulling up with some incredible bites, and epic after-parties, this beer fest is more than just a festival, it’s an unforgettable experience.
Edmonton’s premier craft beer festival
As Edmonton’s premier celebration of food, spirits, and, of course, beer, vendors are pouring their best here across three different sessions — Friday Night, Saturday Afternoon, and Saturday Evening — with amazing brews from the likes of Banded Peak Brewing, Vaycay Brew Co., and Dark Woods Brewing.
Feeling spirited? There’s still more on tap from some of Canada’s best distillers, like Caribou Rum, Eau Claire Distillery, and Lone Pines Distilling.
Don’t forget to fill up for your sipping sessions by hitting up some of the delicious food vendors, including Pitt Country BBQ, Fuzion Donuts, and Daves Balls.
With sports lounges, live music, games, and endless activities, Edmonton Beerfest is definitely a day-long event.
The epic afterparties
And the fun doesn’t stop when the taps close, as this year’s Edmonton Beerfest afterparty has a stacked lineup of musical acts on both the Friday and Saturday, including up-and-coming country rock artist Tyler Braden and EDM powerhouse Sam Feldt.
The price of a general admission package includes entry to the festival session you purchased, $40 worth of sample tokens, a commemorative sample mug, and entry into the afterparty that day (a $50 value on its own)! And yes, these afterparties go all, night, long!
