Nothing beats brunch without limits, which is exactly what diners can enjoy at ARC, one of Vancouver’s only spots for bottomless brunch! Restaurant Executive Chef Adam Middleton has created a slew of Easter-inspired plates like hot cross buns served with honey butter and jam, braised lamb shoulder with polenta and gremolata, and even an Easter Egg-stravaganza bowl filled with chocolate bunnies, macaroons, truffles, and more.

And to wash it all down? A Boozy Bunny, made with house-made Valhrona hot chocolate, Kahlua, Bailey’s, and topped with mini marshmallows and a chocolate bunny that slowly melts into the drink.
