April is here and that means Easter is just days away. While Easter egg hunts may not be in for adults, brunch certainly is. There are several local restaurants offering tasty eats this holiday weekend and we’ve compiled a list for you. Here are 5 places to enjoy easter brunch in Seattle this weekend.
Fairmont Olympic
The Fairmont Olympic has some seriously mouthwatering options this year. Guests can enjoy a raw bar, bloody mary and mimosa bar, carving stations, salad bar, eggs benny station and much more.

Cost: $95 for adults, $45 for kids (ages 4-12)
Elliott’s Oyster House
If you want to celebrate the holiday downtown you can head to Elliott’s Oyster House. The restaurant is offering an Easter menu from 11 AM to 4 PM. Menu items range from sweet french toast to king crab and artichoke quiche.

Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi
Brunch in the sky? Ascend is your place to be. The restaurant is doing a “Carts + Carousels” brunch with miso black cod, herbed lamb rack, and sweet options like fruitopia pancakes. They also have a selection of drinks to choose from.
When: April 9th
Where: 10400 Northeast Fourth Street, Bellevue
Cost: $135 for adults, $40 for kids (ages 5-12)
Mezcaleria Oaxaca
Capitol Hill’s Mezcaleria Oaxaca/Mercado Luna is celebrating semana santa with a special brunch menu item of torrejas aka Mexican french toast. You’ll also be able to enjoy other authentic brunch menu items using regionally sourced ingredients.
When: April 9th

Cost: Varies by dish
Ray’s Boathouse
If you’re looking for a classic PNW Easter Brunch, you can enjoy waterfront views at Ray’s Boathouse. Ray’s is offering a three course menu from 10:30 AM to 3 PM and you also have the option of ordering the restaurants normal seafood fare.
