From the tallest trees to the tiniest insects. We love our planet and this Monday people from coast to coast will show their support for its protection.
In Calgary, however, you can celebrate Earth Day early!
This weekend, check out the TELUS Spark Science Centre for fun, sun, movies and educational activities.

“TELUS Spark is excited to host this Earth Day celebration at the science centre all weekend long,” said Zack Anderson, Director of Science Connections at TELUS Spark.
“It’s a great opportunity for people of all ages to come together and learn why it’s so important to look after this giant rock we call home.”
Through the debut of Jane Goodall’s uplifting film, Reasons For Hope, and face time with a ton of Earthy experts, guests will learn about how to nurture our big blue marble all while having fun.
In addition, everyone will take home a seedling – which they hope will contribute to a healthier, greener planet.
Interested? It’s going to be quite the weekend.
Enjoy!
