What’s a better way to celebrate the start of a new month than with some new food? Sweets lovers around the city can rejoice in the fact that Seattle has a brand-new donut shop. It’s called Doce and they serve up Latin American-flavored donuts that you can’t find anywhere else.
Doce’s menu has inventive flavors like tres leches, Mexican hot chocolate, guava con queso, mango custard creme brûlée, strawberry & hibiscus, and matcha sugar. What’s more, the donuts are made from fresh 24-hour raised brioche dough meaning they’re light and airy.

It also means the donuts are made by hand, daily and that Doce is only open until they sell out. Got to love the attention to detail and focus on quality!
As the shop only opened on May 3rd, they’re still getting into the swing of things. For now they do have set hours but of course as they grow, those may change. With that, enjoy, and be sure to get your hands on one of those tasty donuts this week.
