Bring your Disney dreams to life! Disney Cruise Lines is holding open auditions for character performers and the auditions are in Toronto! If getting paid to spread Disney magic aboard a majestic cruise ship is up your alley, start preparing that audition! Here’s what you need to know.

Disney is looking for a variety of men and women to portray some of the most well-known characters! Here are just some of the roles they’re looking to fill:

  • Performers portraying Female Look-alike Roles: Anna, Ariel, Belle, Black Widow, Captain Marvel, Cinderella, Elsa, Gamora, Jasmine, Merida, Mirabel, Moana, Mulan, Ms. Marvel, Okoye, Rapunzel, Rey, Snow White, Shuri, Tiana, Wasp
  • Performers portraying Male Look-alike Roles: Ant-Man, Aladdin, Black Panther, Bruno, Captain America, Captain Jack Sparrow, Doctor Strange, Flynn Rider, Hawkeye, Kristoff, Loki, Peter Pan, Prince Charming, Prince Naveen, Shang-Chi, Star-Lord, Oaken, Spider-Man, Thor

All races, genders, and heights are welcome as long as you’re at least 18 years old.

Auditioning is a two-step process.

First, you’ll need to create a profile here. As part of your profile, you must include an up-to-date resume and contact information.

Next, get ready to audition! The auditions are happening on August 27th at 374A Dupont St at 2:00 PM, but those dropping in are asked to check in no later than 1:45 PM.

There is also a morning audition at 10:00 AM if you can’t make it in the afternoon.

If you get a call back and are selected as part of the Disney Cruise Line team you’ll have rehearsals in Toronto beforehand.

According to Disney, “A typical contract includes up to 6 weeks of rehearsal and 6 months onboard. Contracts include competitive pay, travel, room and board, and a significant contract completion bonus.”
