Forget the mansion: This Alberta golf course for sale is the ultimate real estate flex

So you’ve got a few million kicking around, and aren’t interested in Mark Giordano’s old place. No worries, we’ve got another unique property for sale to interest you. Forget those cookie cutter mansions- it’s time to buy an Alberta golf course for sale instead.

Heck, you might have even played it before. Coyote Creek is an 18-hole golf course with a ‘championship’ layout, playing over 6,600 yards from the tips. It’s pretty sprawling as well, using some 286 acres to accommodate the course. The final kicker? It was designed by Browning Horrocks Golf Design (now simply Browning Design Inc.), which is the company behind places like Stewart Creek and Glencoe Golf & Country Club. Not bad company to be in, if you ask us.

Of course, you’ll also get all the fixings with it. We’re talking a pro shop, we’re talking a club house, we’re talking a maintenance building. Heck, we’re even talking a tournament tent, just in case you wanna invite everybody you know to come celebrate the purchase.

That’s not all Coyote Creek has to offer, either. In addition to the golf course, you’ll also get a nice little RV resort, which already has some tenants and ample space for more. However, we think you’re better off investing in another 9-hole course instead of expanding that, which the land has already been zoned for.

Either way, this Alberta golf course for sale is a seriously fun way to mix business and pleasure. Build yourself a nice little home out here, and become a reclusive, golf-loving hermit sitting on a proverbial gold mine. The only thing in your way? An $8.75M price tag. Time for us to phone up the ol’ bank and see what the line of credit options are!
