“The journey of Cookie’s thus far has been nothing short of wild and amazing. What started out as a dream cooked up in a galley on some offshore workboat has evolved into a fried chicken feeding machine,” they state.
“Our mission is simple. Create affordable food everyone can enjoy, find ways to make more money for our staff, solve problems as they come with an opportunistic lens and above all… make something fun for the guest and staff alike. We’ve achieved a lot with this principles setting our course. So now, we embark on a greater adventure.”
As they shared their second location, they added, “We welcome the challenges we will face if it means more growth and prosperity for our team.”
According to the post, the new Cookie’s Country Chicken will be taking over the former Pioneer Square D&E space at 314 2nd Ave S.
