City of Toronto is hiring right now and these jobs pay over 100k

New year, more money. That’s what I always say. If you’ve started 2026 off by job hunting, you may as well make the role worthwhile, so, how does over 100k a year sound? As if the salary weren’t incentive enough, the City of Toronto is known for being a great place to work, and has racked up a few honours. Some of those honours include Greater Toronto’s Top Employers annual list, Canada’s Top Family Friendly EmployersCanada’s Best Diversity Employers, and Canada’s Top 100 Employers.

Now, for the jobs. As for the positions that pay $100,000 or more annually, I’ve put together a list of all the ones available to apply to:

  • Project Manager – Capital Projects and Incentives
  • Director – Homelessness and Prevention
  • Senior Financial and Business Operations Analyst
  • Senior Engineer
  • Consultant – H&S and Emergency Planning
  • Director, Financial Management – Finance & Administration

Applying is simple. All you need to do is create an account with the City of Toronto (SuccessFactors) and upload your most updated resume.

According to the city, applicants should keep the following information in mind, too.

  • Applications must be submitted before 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the day the posting closes.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining SuccessFactors accounts with current contact information.
  • The email address associated with the user’s SuccessFactors account must be checked regularly for communication regarding application status.

Good luck, and here’s hoping this year brings you a new job with a great salary, Toronto.
