It’s time to turn up the Mariah Carey and classic holiday tunes we’ve been waiting to hear all year long and lean into the season, Vancouver! That means dazzling, warm lights and cozy, themed sips that immerse us in that festive spirit. So with that in mind, here are some holiday pop-up bars in Vancouver that are pouring Christmas spirits in more ways than one.
The Jingle Bar: Hotel Le Soleil

Let’s start with one of the merriest bars in the city after hopping over from the east coast. The Jingle Bar is a holiday pop-up with twinkling lights, tons of tinsel, and presents galore – and guests can sip and snack on festive drinks and bites to their heart’s content.
When: Wednesday to Sunday from December 1st to 29th (also open on December 23rd and 24th)

The Elf Bar: A Magical Christmas Pop-Up Experience
The Elf Bar on Commercial is a whimsical pop-up filled with hundreds of miniature elves of all shapes and sizes, all ready to ring in the holidays alongside you. With festive, playful decor and elf-themed cocktails and games, you’re sure to have a blast here.
When: Wednesday to Sunday from December 4th to 24th (also open on December 23rd and 24th)

Miracle at Old Yale Brewing, Abbotsford
Old Yale Brewing has once again transformed its Abbotsford location into magical Christmasy cabin, adorned with holiday decor and special cocktail features.
When: Now until December 31st

Sippin’ Santa at Old Yale Brewing, Chilliwack
Likewise, Old Yale Brewing in Chilliwack has put its festive hats on, this time for a tropical Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar. Think tiki-festive vibes, flowing holiday sips, and bright decor in every corner.
When: Now until December 31st

Winterlust – H Tasting Lounge
Reservations are now available for this year’s Winterlust dome dining experience at H Tasting Lounge, which boasts heated interiors and panoramic views of the city. Up to six guests can indulge in a feast of tableside-flamed mains and inventive sides and sips – and while this isn’t a pop-up Christmas bar per-se, it’s definitely a festive dining experience to indulge in!

Reflections: The Winter Terrace
Finally, we come to Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s famed Reflections: Winter Terrace, which officially reopens in late fall. While no other info on the winter-themed rooftop patio is available yet, you can bet that its new iteration even more festive and lively as before, so stay tuned!
