Finding an inclusive healthcare clinic that provides care to women, trans and non-binary individuals can be quite the task. Let alone finding a good one. But thanks to CAYA Health Centre, that’s all about to change.

CAYA Health Centre is a new medical and health clinic opening in April in Vancouver. The multidisciplinary clinic will provide well-rounded, comprehensive healthcare services to traditionally underserved and marginalized genders. This includes women, trans, non-binary and other gender-diverse individuals.

The inclusive healthcare clinic will be focused on holistic care supporting individuals through their journeys to physical, mental, and social health. This is precisely why in addition to medical services such as IUD insertion/removal, STI testing, PAP tests, and more, the clinic will also offer counselling, pelvic floor physiotherapy, physiotherapy, nutrition, and massage therapy.

In case you were wondering, the clinic is co-founded by Stephanie Dang, Registered Dietitian and Dr. Veronica Li, Registered Clinical Counsellor. Together, the women have set out to make “inclusive, supportive, and informed care” a standard in all health practices.

CAYA Health Centre is a space where women, trans, and non-binary people can feel safe, supported and respected. The clinic is set to open its doors to the public on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023. And we, for one, are rooting for it wholeheartedly. FYI: Virtual counselling and dietitian appointments are NOW available and you can go ahead and book yours. Their waitlist for medical, physiotherapy, massage and in-person counselling and dietitian services is NOW open.

Check out their website below to learn more about the clinic and its services.
