There’s a FREE suspension bridge in BC that leads to an enchanting waterfall

If you love chasing waterfalls, it’s time to add Cascade Falls Regional Park in Mission, BC to your summer bucket list.

The stunning waterfall has a 30-metre drop, cascading into a rushing turquoise creek with a small run of falls dropping 18 metres into the lower pools. Perfect for a cooling dip, if you ask us.

Best of all? There’s a suspension bridge just under the falls that’s free to access with incredible views. So you can get up close and personal with Cascade Falls!

The bridge spans the entirety of Cascade Creek, with viewing platforms on either side. The trail to access the falls and suspension bridge is short but steep, so prepare to follow the trail marks up some stairs through a lush coniferous forest.

Visitors also have access to a picnic shelter available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

So there you have it, day trip enthusiasts! It’s time to add Cascade Falls to your road trip map this summer.
