Capitol Hill is without a doubt one of the best places in the city to snag delicious food and it just got even better thanks to a new spot that’s all about using natural and locally sourced ingredients from the PNW. If you’re looking for a new spot to dine this week, Finch & Pine should be your first stop.

Finch & Pine opened this past weekend in the former home of Cafe Barjot. If you’ve visited the former then you know it’s a sweet spot on Bellevue Ave E. And while we’ll miss it we’re super excited about what Finch & Pine has to offer. You can dine on menu items like mushroom pate, seasonal gazpacho, confit tuna, and more.

If you just want to stop in for drinks you can grab espresso-based drinks as well as seasonal drinks like a cinnamon latte. But it doesn’t stop there because you can also enjoy libations like wine including white, bubbles and red. You might just find yourself coming here at all times of the day.

This new spot is yet another win for plant-based eaters in the city as the menu is quite veg-heavy. And personally, we can’t wait to try it. As always, if you get there before us, be sure to give them some love and let us know what you think. If you’d like to learn more you can click below. Enjoy folks!
