The show of the summer is headed to the GTA this July. Together Apart presents Summer Cirque 2021, a socially-distanced, modern take on fan favourite tales of the past. This amazing event is happening on the Markham Fairgrounds this summer, and we’ve got a feeling it’s going to be the hottest ticket in town.
The theme of Summer Cirque 2021 is A Summer Tale. The show will take audiences into the magical lives of 10 characters who meet at a ball celebrating the summer solstice. The performance is full of drama, delight, and insane acrobatic feats. You’d expect nothing less from a Cirque event, right?

Of course, the groundbreaking venue at Markham Fairgrounds is almost as magical as the show itself. The place will be set up entirely outdoors and spaced out so folks can enjoy it all from a safe social distance. The 104-acre venue is being completely transformed to include a ton of physically-distanced private platforms.
Together Apart is a proud partner of Restaurants Canada – an organization dedicated to ensuring the voices of food service workers are heard. Because of this, a portion of the proceeds from the Together Apart event will be donated in support of mental health and wellness initiatives by the organization.
