If Jersey Shore was your favourite reality TV show growing up, we’ve got some great news to share. Canada is getting its own version, set to debut on Paramount+ in January.

Last spring, ten singles from across the country were cast to spend the summer together on the shores of Kelowna, resulting in more than a few drama-filled moments. Contestants were chosen for their bold, unapologetic, and larger-than-life personalities, which will no doubt make for some entertaining TV as they explore new friendships and romance.

The original Jersey Shore cast took reality TV by storm, pioneering a cultural phenomenon that Canadians still embrace today. The show now has 18 spin-off series, including Aussie Shore and Frenchie Shore. So Canada Shore is the natural next step!

Produced by Insight Productions, the new series will stream exclusively on Paramount+ in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Ireland and Australia.

When does the series premiere?

Season 1 of Canada Shore premieres on Jan. 22, 2026, though fans can catch the vibe on the new MTV Jersey Shore Channel ahead of this date, on Nov. 27, 2025, on Pluto TV.

The channel will be flooded with classic “Shore” moments and chaos to get viewers excited for the Canadian version, with the first two episodes of Canada Shore available for free on Pluto TV beginning Jan. 22, 2026.
