Canada Day is just around the corner! And what better way to celebrate than with spectacular fireworks shows? As it happens, you’ll have plenty of choices because the City of Toronto is back with its legendary Canada Day fireworks shows.
This year, you can watch the night sky dazzle up at four different spots. Here’s your guide to the magnificent Canada Day fireworks shows that will add an extra sparkle to your festivities—
Join the annual Canada Day fireworks extravaganza at Ashbridges Bay Park. The show kicks off at 10 p.m., promising a breathtaking display that will leave you in awe. Gather your loved ones, snag your spot and enjoy the show in this picturesque waterfront setting.
For a mesmerizing fireworks experience, head to Milliken Park at 10 p.m. The vibrant bursts of colours and crackling sounds will create an unforgettable atmosphere. Find a cozy spot, immerse yourself in the magic of the moment and let the celebrations begin.
Another incredible Canada Day fireworks show is coming up at Stan Wadlow Park. Again at 10 p.m.. And this one comes with a side of a grand celebration! Expect a vibrant community event with a lively parade, various vendors, a beer garden, midway rides and even bingo. It’s a perfect opportunity to indulge in family-friendly fun while enjoying the dazzling pyrotechnics.
Make your way to Centennial Park at 10 p.m. for a fantastic fireworks display funded by Canadian Heritage and sponsored by Tim Horton’s. Frankly, we can’t imagine anything better than enjoying one of these exquisite Canada Day fireworks shows.
Watching a fireworks display put on by professionals is obviously the safest and easiest way to enjoy fireworks, but that said, you can set off fireworks on your own property without a permit on Canada Day and Victoria Day. For all other days, you’ll need a permit from Toronto Fire Services.
To ensure that you and others around you can have a safe celebration, follow the fireworks rules, safety tips and disposal guidelines provided by the City of Toronto at toronto.ca/Fireworks.
