A massive comic and entertainment expo is coming to Calgary in April
If you love comics, anime, cosplay or sci-fi, well, you’re in luck. The Calgary Comics and Entertainment Expo is returning to the city next month.
Over 100,00 fans will gather together for a four-day extravaganza, packed with panels, celebrity guests, and unforgettable experiences for fans of all ages.

Calgary Expo allows fans to meet their favourite stars in a variety of ways. From Q&As where you can hear behind-the-scenes stories to professional photo opportunities and autograph sessions that will allow you to capture the moment forever. Whether you just discovered a new show or you’ve been a comic book fan for years, this is a weekend to meet people who make the worlds you love come to life.
Cosplay is one of the biggest highlights at the Calgary Expo, allowing fans to showcase their creativity through competitions along with a red carpet. And if you’re not in the mood to dress up, there are plenty of costumes to photograph and admire at the event.
The expo also offers hands-on workshops for those who are looking to level up their craft.
