If you’re craving something warm and buttery this fall, Mari Bakeshop has plenty to choose from. The bakery’s current lineup includes a perfectly seasonal apple danish, along with croissants, pain au chocolat, breads, and other freshly baked treats.

A crisp fall day calls for a pastry and a walk, and Sidewalk Citizen delivers exactly that. The bakery’s seasonal selection includes sweet danishes, sticky buns and an oat cookie made with pumpkin seeds, craisins, and corn flakes. Once you’ve grabbed your treat, take it down the RiverWalk and enjoy an autumn afternoon by the water.

Made by AKB is going all in on the fall flavours, with a few new seasonal treats that are perfect for when you’re craving something sweet.
The current menu features a pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin cheesecake jar and pumpkin spice trompe-l’oeil, so you can get your pumpkin fix whether you’re in the mood for something to sip or something seriously indulgent.

Brown butter and cinnamon are two flavours that just work when the weather starts to cool down. OLA LUNA is currently serving up a brown butter cinnamon specialty drink alongside its selection of croissants, buns, and other baked treats.

A maple latte pretty much feels made for fall, and Ladybug Bakery & Cafe has one on the menu right now. Made with Quebec maple syrup and cinnamon, it’s the perfect drink to pair with one of the bakery’s freshly made pastries.

Tucked away in southeast Calgary, Pretty Sweet has a lineup of colourful cakes, donuts, macarons and decorated cookies that are almost too pretty to eat. For a fall treat, look for the apple cinnamon caramel cake, made with spiced apple cake, cinnamon caramel frosting, and a caramel drizzle.

It would be criminal to make a Calgary bakery list without including Glamorgan Bakery. The longstanding Calgary bakery is serving up plenty of sweet treats to satisfy your fall cravings, including cinnamon buns and apple-filled pastries.
