We’re starting off with H2 Kitchen & Bar, which has a wide array of breakfast items to offer via Breakfast Buffet, which is available for $39 per adult and $14 per child (aged 5 to 12 years old). And if you prefer to stick with the cold menu items, a Continental Buffet is available for $28 per adult.

Diners can take their pick from as many fresh fruits and pastries, smoothies, charcuterie, pancakes, brioche french toast, eggs benny, hashbrowns, bacon, and sausage as their hearts desire.

Mosaic Grille & Bar

Situated inside the Hyatt, Mosaic Grille features a Breakfast Buffet every day from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for $39 per person ($20 per child between 5 and 12 years old). On the menu? Plenty of fresh fruit, Canadian smoked salmon, charcuterie, made-to-order omelettes, bacon, eggs, and potatoes to go around.

The Buffet Breakfast is available for $37 per person, and includes bacon, sausage, eggs, breakfast potatoes, smoothies, and steel-cut oatmeal – and that’s just for starters.

Named after a train’s top speed, Notch8 brings the best of 1930s glamour and Vancouver’s fine dining scene to the lobby of the OG Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
