Summer is in full swing, but it won’t be long until pumpkin spice is on shelves and the minds of most people across North America. When the time comes, there’s no denying that we’ll be over the moon – but there are still a few items on our seasonal hit list that we’ve got to experience first. Luckily, one of them will be doable starting next month!

With 1 million bright yellow flowers planted every year, the sunflower maze in Bowden, Alberta is one of the most magical places to explore outdoors and, according to their website, it will offically open in mid-August.

Located about an hour’s drive north of Calgary and about two hours south of Edmonton, this enchanting destination also has a willow tree maze and a U-pick farm where you can start to collect stems and vegetables later this July.

Unfortunately, they don’t have an official opening date yet – but it will only be a matter of time until you can check it out.

When they do, you’ll want to secure your tickets sooner rather than later – especially because they’re pet-friendly!

Enjoy and maybe we’ll see you out there!
