The wait is now over! Toronto’s Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House is finally opening its doors to the public this February and we have an official opening date.

Last year, Liberty Group shared details of its plan for a new restaurant, with Curiocity. At that time they said it “will riff on the classic steakhouse offerings as seen in their award-winning property, BlueBlood Steakhouse in Casa Loma, but with a twist – now offering the finest cuts of quality meat in addition to a stunning fresh daily seafood selection and premium grade sushi.”

That alone left us eagerly waiting for its opening. Now, the new “sexy and modern” restaurant is gearing up to welcome all to enjoy what Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House has to offer.

In an email to Curiocity, Liberty Group confirmed the Union Station restaurant will open on February 20th, 2024.

“The buzzy restaurant will accommodate guests for dining and premium bar service, as well as offer private dining spaces for special events,” shared Liberty Entertainment Group, who designed the space along with Nadia Di Donato, just last year.

“Occupying the northeast corner of the building, Blue Bovine’s guests will delight in bustling city views day and night through expansive windows on Front and Bay Streets, while enjoying both lunch and dinner service, offered seven days a week.”

If Liberty Group sounds familiar, it is because it opened its newest dining establishment DaNico this past summer, and holds several fine dining restaurants under its belt such as Don Alfonso 1890, and Blueblood Steakhouse.

Nonetheless, you can expect this new establishment to offer the same high-end, quality service Liberty Group restaurants are known to have.

We can’t wait to dig in!
