The island has 472 acres for you to explore with 5 miles of saltwater beach shoreline and approximately 655 acres of saltwater bedland. You can walk the shoreline, fish, dig for clams and even scuba dive. Or if you’d rather head inland, you can walk or bike inland down miles of trails where you will find forest animals and birds.

If you want to make a stay out of the experience you can camp at Cascadia Marine Trail campsites at the west end of the island for majestic sunsets over the Olympic Mountains.

There are also two picnic shelters with a fire circle available for reservation.

If you have a boat or are open to renting one, this is an unforgettable summer camping or day trip destination!
