Relaxing by the poolside with a drink in our hands is our absolute favourite way of going through summer. And if this poolside comes with a gigantic pool, a hot pool, some great slides and a whole lot of tanning space, well, even better. So, we were happy to learn that Big Splash Water Slide Park has finally opened for the 2022 season.
The park opened on July 1st and will continue to run all the way till September 5 this year. And along comes all the fun summer stuff we so enjoy at the park.
There are a good 13 or so thrill and giggle-inducing slides, open areas for sunbathing, volleyball and basketball courts, hot tubs and even cabanas if you wish to rent one. Plus, there’s a dedicated Kids’ Zone. So, the young’uns in the group can have just as much fun.
Then there are the amazing eateries that you can hit up after you’ve spent a few good hours sliding down slides and enjoying the dips. Grab a grub at the Big Splash Grill, down a cool cocktail or three at BV’s Sports Bar & Grill and satisfy your sweet tooth with yummy ice cream.
Sounds like a summer dream, doesn’t it?
So, get your fancy swimsuits out, dig out those goggles, put on your lotion and hit the park. Big Splash remains open from 11 am to 6 pm every day.
Pro tip: If you want to skip the line at the park, grab your tickets online!
