It was a big weekend for Beyoncé fans, but an even bigger one for Calgary musician Lowell.

The artist, who has collaborated with a ton of notable celebs, shared that she actually co-wrote Queen B’s newest song, ‘Texas Hold ‘Em,” currently #26 on iTunes Top songs. The track will appear on her upcoming studio album, Act II.

Set to be released on March 29th, 2024 the follow-up to Rennissance will be her first full country record who better to work with than a fellow southern girl?

“Grew up in Calgary the country capital of Canada….” Lowell wrote in the caption of a now-deleted TikTok.

“Rodeo’d my way to hollywood! Im screammmmming! Yeeeeeehaw!”

From The Beaches to Madison Beer, Hailee Steinfeld and Tate Mcrae, this is certainly not the first time she’s co-written a song that you’ve likely heard – but it is certainly one for the books.

After all, who does it bigger than Beyoncé?

We can’t wait to see who she works with next. She’s got something special!
