Glassdoor just released its list of the best places to work in 2022 in the United States. While you can always guess at least a few of the top names, this year’s list might surprise you. What makes this ranking even more trustworthy is the fact that it’s based on employee input.
Employees “voluntarily provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their job, work environment, and employer over the past year.” Each workplace rating is based on a 5 point scale, with 1 displaying dissatisfaction, 5 displaying high levels of satisfaction.
