These new Vancouver restaurants are among the best in Canada

Hungry? The annual Best New Restaurants list by Air Canada is out, and 30 delicious establishments across the country have been unveiled, including a handful of notable spots right here in Vancouver. So grab your forks and get ready to dig in, because we’re here to share them all with you!

Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants list is the longest-running Canadian restaurant ranking, honouring new culinary talent and their accomplishments every year since 2002.

The list nominates the best of the best from coast-to-coast, with the Top 10 restaurant finalists announced on November 4th.

“Based on the recommendations of a coast-to-coast panel of food experts, Air Canada sends one undercover writer on a month-long culinary marathon to sample the offerings from notable openings across the country,” shares representatives of the list, “all of which are now contenders for the coveted Top 10 list.”

Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal and Toronto are just a few cities with restaurants that snagged a spot on the list.

Here are the best new restaurants in Vancouver nominated in 2024, according to Air Canada:

• Bravo (4194 Fraser Street)
• Dovetail Restaurant (1079 Mainland Street)
• Gary’s (1485 W 12th Avenue)
• Lila Restaurant (3941 Main Street)
• Osteria Elio Volpe (540 West 17th Avenue)
