Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants list is the longest-running Canadian restaurant ranking, honouring new culinary talent and their accomplishments every year since 2002.

The list nominates the best of the best from coast-to-coast, with the Top 10 restaurant finalists announced on November 4th.

“Based on the recommendations of a coast-to-coast panel of food experts, Air Canada sends one undercover writer on a month-long culinary marathon to sample the offerings from notable openings across the country,” shares representatives of the list, “all of which are now contenders for the coveted Top 10 list.”

Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal and Toronto are just a few cities with restaurants that snagged a spot on the list.
