This Canadian city makes list of best bachelor party destinations

Planning your wedding and not sure where to go for your bachelor party? You’ve come to the right place! A new list is out which zeroes in on the best bachelor party destinations and one Canadian city made the cut.

Wedding season is definitely stressful so we don’t blame you if you need a little getaway before you said ‘I do’. Luckily for Canadian grooms, you won’t need to spend much or travel far if you want the best bachelor party experience.

U.S. News and World Report have compiled a list of 17 best bachelor party destinations from around the world. Of course, you can already assume major spots like Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Miami Beach made the cut but this Canadian city managed to stand out among them.

Forget Toronto and Vancouver, it’s Montreal that managed to snag a spot on the list which U.S. news describes as a “popular bachelor party destination and a relatively budget-friendly one due to its exchange rate.”

“Although it’s only about a 90-minute flight from cities like New York, this Canadian city feels a world removed from the U.S. (it’s in a different country, after all), thanks to its French colonial history,” states the report.

If you’re on the hunt for a destination where the restaurants are superb, bars are world-renowned and you’re surrounded by culture – MTL is the place to be. No matter the season, there’s always something going on in Montreal from festivals to nightlife, shopping, and more.

Though we wouldn’t blame you if Hawaii or Costa Rica is more up your alley. This is a great destination if you’re looking to make your bachelor party a little easier on your wallet
