And from the looks of it, it’s going to be totally worth all of the time and money. As if you needed a reason to treat yourself.
Sitting at 211 – 11 Avenue SW, The District at Beltline is going to be exactly the type of work/live/play areas that Calgary wants. Mixing office space with multiple retailers, along with a market-like walking area, will liven up the spot nicely.
Now, really the only difference between you and the upcoming District at Beltline is that your personal revitalization probably won’t be paid for by someone else – but that doesn’t mean we’re going to drop the parallel. It’s also unlikely that yours will cost $10 million dollars but that’s neither here nor there!
Getting a massage and a manicure is basically the same thing as a renovation, right?
Like cherry red polish, Spear Street Capital is hoping to draw some major attention to itself. The impressive 370,000 square feet of newly conjoined space is expected to have several super cute coffee and beverage spots, a market, office, and retail spaces as well as a dedicated bike storage area. Impressive, no?
Because this bad boy has actually been in the works for about a year now, we’re actually able to see the whole project coming together, and honestly – it’s looking pretty cool. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to check it out next time you’re in the neighbourhood!
Honestly, we can’t wait to see what this place looks like in the coming months. In the meantime, we think we’ll hit a spa or something – we’re feeling inspired. #selfcare.
