If you enjoy shopping downtown, you might know of the luxury brand Ba&sh from their designated section of Hudson’s Bay. The Parisian brand was started by best friends Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief back in 2003, and can now be found in over 400 stores around the globe. The newest spot on the list? The brand’s first standalone boutique in Vancouver, which is now open to the public.

The brand

Despite the brand’s massive global success, its style remains distinctly Parisian, “uniting an expression of freedom with an easy, joyful elegance,” according to its website. If you’re looking for unique styles made by women for women, then look no further.

“We are so excited to celebrate the brand’s new west coast home, which also marks the debut of a new retail concept for the brand in North America,” a brand representative told Curiocity.

The store

In addition to bright and airy dresses, sweaters, denim, and jumpsuits, the new store will feature new exclusive collections.

“The store will carry the brand’s first foray into bridal with its all-white capsule collection that launched on Wednesday, March 15th.” As well, shoppers can look forward to “Ba&sh’s upcoming Beach Capsule and collaboration with Havaianas,” which is set to launch this May.

And Vancouver’s boutique isn’t the only new BC location on the brand’s roster, as a Whistler store is also in the works, according to the Ba&sh representative.

Located at 925 West Georgia, the new Ba&sh store has taken over the spot previously occupied by Chopard Boutique, which relocated to Alberni Street last year.

And that’s a wrap on Ba&sh for now, Vancouver.

Happy shopping!
