Well, folks, it was fun while it lasted. Just days ago, Albertans were hyped all the way up when the news broke that the upcoming season of ABC’s The Bachelorette would be filming in Jasper National Park and staying at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Unfortunately, due to newly instated travel restrictions producers have (allegedly) been forced to look elsewhere.

Despite having booked the entire Jasper Park Lodge from February 23rd to April 29th, Reality Steve, a writer who likely has people on the inside, Tweeted that the show would no longer take place in Canada.

Instead, producers of The Bachelorette will now look at similar locations within the states – to which we say, good freaking luck! Jasper is one of a kind!

Typically, a post on social media contradicting any and all information that has been released would be totally overlooked, but guys… we think he knows a thing or two about the show.

Steve Carbone has accurately spoiled the ending to the last SEVERAL seasons in the franchise in complete detail and he frequently has past contestants on his podcast.

So, as much as we’d like this to be total BS, we’re thinking that this is anything but. Sorry, Bachelor Nation… but this year, we won’t be getting the final rose.
