A new season of Bachelor in Paradise Canada is coming our way and casting is still open for anyone who wants to apply. If you’re looking for a “summer of romance and the chance to fall in love with your favourite Bachelor alumni,” now’s your chance to shoot your shot. Before you jump in, here’s everything you can expect in the application process.
After filling out your personal details, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your views on love and your dating history. Remember, this is where you get to make your first impression! “Have fun. Be honest. Be direct,” the casting says.
You’ll also be asked why you’d be the perfect candidate for Bachelor in Paradise and which Bachelor alumni you’d like to see in paradise and why. You can choose any of the contestants from past seasons of The Bachelor, Bachelorette, and Paradise in both Canada and the U.S.

One of the final questions asks you if you’ve ever been on TV before and if so, what show and why. You’ll also have to explain the biggest personal challenge you’ve overcome, so if you have an inspiring story to share about your life, this might be your chance to stand out from the other contestants.
Contestants will have to be available for up to four weeks in May and June for filming just a few months away.
Finally, there’s the fun part of the application! Upload a two-minute video explaining who you are, your dating history, which alumni you hope to see on the show, and what makes you stand out. Be sure to hold the camera vertically and get creative with it!
You’ll also have to supply your social media handles and two recent and unfiltered photos of yourself, one full-body photo and one headshot.
Now that you have all the info you need, you can prove that you have what it takes and submit your application. Good luck!
