Another year has come and gone and with that, Alberta has revealed the most popular baby names of 2022.

According to the provincial government, Alberta welcomed a whopping 48,228 babies, with two extremely familiar monikers topping their list of 12,966 registered names.

For the fourth year in a row, Noah took the #1 spot in the boy’s category, while Olivia continues to hold the record for the longest-running, most popular girl’s name in Alberta, having skyrocketed to popularity in 2013.
