The cuisine and menu items offered are a “true reflection of the seasons” with dishes drawing inspiration from the “bountiful offerings of our surroundings.” Diners will discover meals that combine traditional European techniques and flavors with a contemporary twist.

What’s more, the restaurant works with local farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and winemakers from across the Pacific Northwest.

Beyond eats you’ll also find wine and cocktails and the restaurant makes a point of mentioning that all allergies and dietary restrictions are accepted.

So what are you waiting for? Treat yourself to a reservation and tasty meal.
