Celebrity chef Antonio Park’s highly-anticipated restaurant officially opens its doors in Toronto today. AP Restaurant is a luxe new destination high above the streets of Yorkville.
AP Restaurant occupies the 51st floor of the Manulife Centre, atop Eataly and across from the W Toronto hotel.
The Montreal chef has partnered with Scale Hospitality to bring his world-renowned cuisine to Toronto in an upscale setting.

Reflecting Chef Park’s international background, the menu features “classic Japanese and pan-Asian cuisine with his signature Latin influence,” according to a press release from Scale Hospitality.
Tucked in an inconspicuous corner of the Manulife Centre building is the restaurant’s private custom-finished elevator, which whisks you right up to the restaurant.
Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the breathtaking unobstructed north and south-facing views, which you can also enjoy from two terraces in the warmer months.
Inside, the mood is both sophisticated and sexy, with plush seating, a sprawling bar, and parasol installations on the ceiling.
The menu highlights include Wagyu Beef Tartare, Bluefin Tuna Tataki, a variety of Gyoza, and Omakase Sashimi.
To pair, you can choose from a vibrant selection of premium and ultra-premium sakes, as well as Japanese whiskies and delightfully creative cocktails.
“We’ve been talking about this for so long, and I’m really proud to invite everyone in to experience AP,” said Chef Park of the new restaurant.
“The stars aligned, and every time I step into the space, I get more excited about it,” said the CEO of Scale Hospitality Hanif Harji.
“From the interiors to Antonio’s menu, it’s going to be something special.”
